High pressured water is forced through finely ground coffee The result is an espresso with a strong rich aroma and flavour sealed into the coffee by the thick crema the creamy golden foam on the top. By adding more water to an espresso, a Lungo (long coffee) can be made. Can be used with any brand of ground coffee or E.S.E soft pods. With the high quality stainless steel frothing arm you can create the perfect cappuccino. Cappuccino's are made up from three parts: 1/3 freshly made espresso, topped with 1/3 hot steamed milk finished with 1/3 of frothed fresh milk. Plus of course a fine dusting of powdered chocolate or cinnamon over the top. The frothing arm can also product hot water, ideal for making tea.
